We partner with other nonprofits and service organizations to offer yoga and mindfulness practices to the people they support, and the people who support them. Whether for clients or staff, we bring accessible, grounding practices that help reduce stress, prevent burnout, and strengthen well-being.

Community Group Classes
Bring 10 people, we’ll do the rest! If you can gather 10 people in a room, we’ll come teach a donation-based class! These sessions make yoga reachable for neighborhoods, friend groups, small community centers, or anyone wanting to make wellness more accessible where they live.

For individuals seeking more personalized support, we offer one-on-one sessions tailored to emotional regulation, rebuilding trust in the body, grounding techniques, or gentle movement for those navigating recovery or difficult life transitions.

Yoga for Recovery Programs
We collaborate with treatment centers and recovery-focused organizations to offer mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding practices that help people feel safe in their bodies again. These sessions support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and create space for individuals to reconnect with themselves as they navigate the recovery journey.

Workplace & Staff Wellness Classes
We offer on-site or virtual sessions for teams, helping staff reduce burnout, improve focus, and cultivate healthier work environments. Perfect for nonprofits, social service teams, hospitals, or mission-driven workplaces.

We bring age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness programs to schools, supporting students with tools to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their bodies. Educator classes are also available to support teachers’ well-being.
